Do you think you have cartooning skills? There is N$10,000 up for grabs to develop an 8-page comic book that be distributed all over the country.
Criteria:
- On an A4 page, draw and submit a short graphic comic with two characters that have “Namibian look”.
- The comic characters should be a young male and a young female.
